1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 88rd website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

88rd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all users to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use 88rd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88rd strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Minors are absolutely prohibited from using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of an organisation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Any false information will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 88rd Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

88rd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳5,000 and may be triggered at any time at 88rd's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcodes (OTP) with any third party. 88rd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. You must notify 88rd support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Prohibited actions include:

• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

88rd supports a range of local and international payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard arrangements.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 88rd does not charge internal deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification requirements. 88rd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests it deems unusual or high-risk. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the account holder's name on file.
• 88rd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the resolution of any active investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

88rd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion and the general bonus conditions set out below. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of those specific terms.

• Welcome bonus offers are available to new players only and may be claimed once per verified account.
• Standard wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The rollover multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds expire.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated in the promotion.
• 88rd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from any account found to be in breach of these bonus terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 88rd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or event. For sports betting — including cricket BPL, T20 internationals, IPL, and FIFA events — official match results as determined by the relevant governing body are final and binding. In the event of a dispute over a result, 88rd's determination shall be considered conclusive.

Live casino games hosted by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of those providers. RNG-based slots and table games by providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming operate under certified random number generation systems. Outcomes of all games are final once a betting round is completed; no cancellation or modification of a settled bet is possible under any circumstances.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Welfare

88rd is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. We take our responsibility to player welfare seriously and provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

8. Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy

Any user found to be engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings and balance forfeited, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction; collusion between players to fix bet outcomes; exploitation of technical errors or software bugs; use of VPN services or proxy tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures; and systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage across multiple accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88rd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, images, user interface design, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88rd or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Prohibited Use

You must not copy, scrape, mirror, republish, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content without obtaining express prior written consent from 88rd. Unauthorised use of 88rd's trademarks, trade dress, or brand assets in any context — including advertising, social media, or third-party applications — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued as a civil and, where applicable, criminal matter.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 88rd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88rd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 88rd does not warrant that:

• The Platform will operate without interruption, error, or technical defect at all times.
• Any particular game outcome, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, or jackpot amount is guaranteed in the short term.
• The Platform will remain free from security vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, or data breaches, although 88rd takes all commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform security using SSL encryption and related technologies.

Under no circumstances shall 88rd's aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 88rd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including disputes over account balances, bet settlements, bonus credits, or Platform access, shall first be submitted to 88rd's internal customer support team at [email protected] for resolution. 88rd undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you agree that any legal proceedings must be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

88rd takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. 13. Amendments and Severability

88rd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via on-Platform notifications or email where possible. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
